Small Boutique Rustic Storage Box

Just a quick post to show off a quick little boutique storage box.  I whipped this up pretty quick using scrap redwood lathe, an old fence board that was headed for the fireplace, and some shavings from a scrap piece of 2×4.  The little handle/knob was made using a scrap piece of walnut and a plug cutting bit.  This box was used to hold a couple gift cards for my wife’s birthday, but could easily hold a lot of other small items.  While this was a quick scrap “prototype” I’m looking forward to making several more refined versions soon.  Stay tuned to the StuffSethMakes blog as well as my YouTube channel  🙂
